Providing false information in connection with any eligibility requirement constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Malaysia, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update your Account profile if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. jack7777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to secure your login details. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect your Account has been compromised.

KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal is processed. Accepted documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, passport, or other government-issued photo identification, together with proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months). Accounts that fail KYC verification will have withdrawal functionality suspended pending resolution.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, jack7777 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

jack7777 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, birthday bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from bonus wagering that satisfy the applicable wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements range from 15x to 25x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires total bets of RM2,000 before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

You are granted no rights in or to any Platform content other than the limited personal-use licence described in Section 5. Any unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of Platform content is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jack7777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jack7777 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical disruptions, or third-party payment processing delays may temporarily affect service availability.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion of certain implied warranties or the limitation of certain damages is not permitted, jack7777's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

• A player is found to be under 21 years of age;
• The Company is required to do so under applicable law, regulation, or licence conditions;
• A player requests voluntary self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling framework.

In the event of Account termination for reasons other than breach, any genuine deposited funds (net of bonus amounts subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. In cases involving breach, fraud, or prohibited conduct, jack7777 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curacao, being the jurisdiction under which jack7777's operating licence is issued. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curacao, to the extent not inconsistent with applicable mandatory local law provisions.

Nothing in this clause limits the rights of Malaysian players under any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in Malaysia that cannot be excluded by contract.
